We sell new physical books. Only new products are listed. We describe each title as accurately as we can; cover images are supplied by publishers and printings or editions may vary slightly. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a specific outcome from reading a book.

Prices are shown in USD and include shipping. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation and payment is captured. See our Payment Policy and Billing Terms for the detail.

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund that item in full.

The Jumpy joys name, logo, site design and original site copy belong to us. Book titles, cover artwork and publisher content remain the property of their respective rights holders and are shown here to describe the products we sell.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you order in line with these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control such as carrier failure or extreme weather. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practice or the law. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
