Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) plus the wallet options offered by our payment processor at checkout, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. We do not accept cash, cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
Currency and pricing
Every price on this site, including the order total, is displayed in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we do not control or receive.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised and captured when you complete checkout. If the payment fails or is declined, your order is not confirmed and no goods are dispatched. We never store your card number, expiry date or security code.
Card security
Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted payment page. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, and all data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection. Jumpy joys receives only a confirmation of the payment result and the last four digits of the card for support purposes.
Taxes
Where sales tax applies to your delivery address, it is calculated and shown before you pay, so the amount presented at the final step is the amount charged. No additional charges are added after checkout.
Failed and duplicate payments
If you see a pending charge for an order that did not complete, it is an authorisation hold that is released automatically by your bank. If a duplicate charge appears, email Contact@jumpyjoys.shop with your order number and we will refund the duplicate within 7 days.
