How long does delivery take?

Orders are handled in 1-3 business days and travel for 2-5 business days, so the total estimate is 3-8 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (America/New_York) are processed the next business day. We handle and ship Monday to Friday.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on every order. No additional shipping charges are added at checkout. We currently ship to United States addresses only, delivered to the address you enter at checkout.

Can I return a book?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, extended by a further 14 days on request. Returns accepted for defective and non-defective products. Returns are handled by mail and a return label is included in the package. No restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. Exchanges accepted on request.

What condition are the books in?

Only new products. Every title we list is a new physical copy — we do not sell used, ex-library or damaged stock.

Yes. The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS, and card details are entered on Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant payment page. We never see or store your full card number.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. Jumpy joys operates exclusively as an online store. Our registered address (2033 county road 873a, alvin, texas, 77511, United States) is used only for official correspondence and legal purposes — it is not a retail location, and no pickup, collection, showroom or walk-in service is available.
